Pay Attention to Material and Thickness: Mylar bags are typically made of composite materials such as PET/AL/PE (polyester film/aluminum foil/polyethylene). Another common structure is PET+PE. Thickness affects protective performance; for important items, choosing a slightly thicker bag may provide greater peace of mind.
Choose the Right Size: The bag should be slightly larger than the item to allow sufficient space for sealing, but not too large to avoid material waste and excess air retention.
